Return Policy

All purchases and lay-a-ways require a minimum 30% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. If you change your mind on any special orders from the manufacturer, you may cancel your order up until the time the furniture is loaded for delivery (from manufacturer to our store). If merchandise is paid in full at time of purchase the equivalent of the down payment will be non-refundable. Once loaded, the order cannot be cancelled. It will be treated as a return and an in store credit will be issued less the down payment.
Refund Policy
Showroom & online purchase: You may receive a total refund of any monies for furnishings purchased in our showroom if canceled within 24 hours. Exclusions are sales that are picked up by customers (see pick-up policy) which are considered final, delivered sales which require a 30% of purchase price restocking fee, or if same day or next day delivery Is requested by customer in which a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All items must be in showroom condition if returned. If you charge your purchase, your account will be credited accordingly. 

All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our main office.
Our cancellation and refund policy apply to bedding sales with the following exceptions: Mattress's must still remain in the factory sealed plastic with no holes, burns or stains.
