This privacy policy sets out how our Store uses and protects any information you provide us when you use this website.

We are committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information: you can be assured it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from May 2012.

We Respect Your Privacy
The information gathered on this site, is never shared with anyone, except in
connection with your order. Credit card or check information is only shared with
financial institutions that process your payment. Shipping information is shared
with shippers that fulfill your order. Information on financing applications goes
directly to the financial institution that handles the financing; we never see your
application information, only your approval code, name and address. Technically,
this shared information does pass out of our direct control, but we make clear to
financial companies and manufacturers/shippers we work with that we expect
your information to be handled appropriately.


We do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of the information you provide
to us except to the financial institutions processing your payment or you're
financing application and the shippers that produce and/or deliver your order. No
third party will solicit you as a result of information within our control.

It is true that the information you provide is subject to disclosure pursuant to
judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders. Other than these
fairly extreme cases, your personal information will be shared with no one.
As a registered user, you may occasionally receive emails from us, including:

When you place an order with us online, you will also receive email updates regarding the status of your order. These emails, which are critical to fulfilling your order, will not be affected by updating your email preferences.

Terms and Conditions

Delivery Service

  • Prior to your delivery date, our staff will contact you by phone to confirm an estimated delivery time.

  • If you must reschedule your delivery date, please notify us immediately.

  • In preparation for your merchandise delivery, doorways should be measured to ensure clearance and rooms cleared so there is an unobstructed path between the point of entry to your home and the room where your new merchandise will be placed.

  • All delivery fees are nonrefundable.

  • Due to liability issues, we cannot hoist merchandise, set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on walls, make electrical connections or move existing furniture, electronics, televisions, etc.

  • We cannot deliver to anyone under age 18.

  • Minimum purchase may be required for delivery outside local delivery area. Local delivery area is up to 25 miles.

  • Your delivery service includes for a period of one month, In-home service for repairs, or Inspection of manufacturer warranty issues. A service call fee of $75.00 is our standard fee for any return trips to inspect warranty issues. If warranty issue Is found to be valid per manufacturer the fee will be refunded.

Pick-up Policy
Absolutely all sales are final when merchandise leaves the premises by customer pick up.

While we strive for accuracy In the pricing displayed of this website and In our showroom, errors can occur. In cases where errors do occur, we expressly reserve the right not to honor pricing errors on this website when accepting an order online. Photos are for illustration purposes .

All purchases and lay-a-ways require a minimum 30% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. If you change your mind on any special orders from the manufacturer, you may cancel your order up until the time the furniture is loaded for delivery (from manufacturer to our store). If merchandise is paid in full at time of purchase the equivalent of the down payment will be non-refundable. Once loaded, the order cannot be cancelled. It will be treated as a return and an in store credit will be issued less the down payment.

Refund Policy
Showroom & online purchase: You may receive a total refund of any monies for furnishings purchased in our showroom if canceled within 24 hours. Exclusions are sales that are picked up by customers (see pick-up policy) which are considered final, delivered sales which require a 30% of purchase price restocking fee, or if same day or next day delivery Is requested by customer in which a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All items must be in showroom condition if returned. If you charge your purchase, your account will be credited accordingly. 

All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our main office.


Our cancellation and refund policy apply to bedding sales with the following exceptions: Mattress's must still remain in the factory sealed plastic with no holes, burns or stains.
